CONTROL & AUDITS
QUALITY ASSURANCE
All Intertech processes are carried out in line with specific procedures. Since all processes or actions capable of affecting the quality of our services and products, therefore, they are controlled by documented procedures and every process is recorded.
Usually, inspections are carried out during the process, in order to ensurethe quality plans as defined by different stages of the processes.Throughout this process, a level of consistent quality control is maintained, until the cycle to develop a product is completed. Similarly, all resources that invested in this process are evaluated in line with rules and regulations as defined in the procedures.
Once such a process is put into operation, there are strict guidelines for the generation, presentation, codification, validation, approval and updating of these processes on-an as-needed basis.
With the Quality Policy in place, Intertech maintains a process of having internal quality audits of all our processes and procedures. As it is, these need to be conducted regularly to assess the level of conformance to the existing quality parameters and to identify areas of improvement.
Although a formal process is not in place at Intertech for these audits, individual processes do provide built-in quality checks. These checks generate findings that are distributed to the persons having the responsibility in the area audited for necessary& corrective actions.
Audits are planned annually and mandated by senior management. Some audits are initiated based on internal and external requests in view of the management quality objectives or to analyze an abnormal malfunction.Follow-up audits are conducted to evaluate the extent of compliance to the observations made during the audit.
